الشروط والأحكام

باستخدام موقع BLKQTR أو إتمام طلب، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية الخاصة بمتجر عملات قطر الذهبية.

طبيعة المنتجات

المنتجات أوراق تذكارية ومقتنيات للعرض والهدايا والتجميع بتشطيب رقائق ذهبية زخرفية (Gold Foil). ليست عملة قانونية للتداول ولا ندّعي احتواءها على ذهب حقيقي أو عيار 24K.

الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار بالريال القطري (QAR). يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد نجاح الدفع أو تأكيد وسيلة الدفع المعتمدة.

توفر المنتجات

جميع الطلبات تخضع لتوفر المخزون. إذا تعذر توفير منتج بعد الطلب، سنتواصل مع العميل لتقديم الحل المناسب.

إلغاء الطلبات والاسترجاع

راجع سياسة الإلغاء والاسترجاع والاستبدال قبل إتمام الطلب. تتناول أحكام العقود الإلكترونية، وعدم تقديم استرجاع اختياري بعد اكتمال بيع منتج سليم، وحقوق المنتجات المعيبة وغير المطابقة، وكل ذلك وفق القانون القطري.

بيانات العميل

العميل مسؤول عن إدخال رقم جوال وعنوان توصيل صحيحين. قد يؤدي نقص أو خطأ المعلومات إلى تأخير التوصيل.

الصور والوصف

نسعى لعرض المنتجات بدقة، وقد يظهر اختلاف بسيط في اللون أو اللمعان بسبب الإضاءة أو شاشة الجهاز.

By using BLKQTR or placing an order, you agree to the following terms for the Qatar Gold Money store.

Nature of the products

Products are collectible gold-foil souvenir notes with a decorative metallic-gold finish, intended for display, gifting and collecting. They are not legal tender; no claim is made of actual gold content or 24K purity.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). An order is confirmed after successful payment or confirmation by the configured payment method.

Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Read our Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering. It addresses electronic-order cancellation, no voluntary change-of-mind returns after completed delivery, and mandatory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods under Qatari law.

Customer information

Customers are responsible for providing a correct mobile number and delivery address. Missing or incorrect information may delay delivery.

Images and descriptions

We aim to display products accurately, but minor differences in color or shine may occur due to lighting or device screens.
